So I have come to another hurdle in my life and I have to say each time these hurdles get easier and easier to clear... I have to say this is a very difficult one and im not even close to clear this hurdle and leaving it in the dust but i am working on it...

Where are all the men??
Hello bloggesphere!
I know it's been awhile.. Im working on it! LOL... but to bring you all up to speed... a sista just turned 28 6 days ago and I have to confess and say the only thing I am taking issue with when it comes to turning 28 is that i am STILL single with not a piece of a prospect in my horizon.... that leads me to this question... WHERE ARE ALL THE MEN?
Oh i know the millions of responses that can be conjured up to that question but what it boils down to is ... i want, i need, i desire a strong, educated, intellectual, physically attractive, emotional, mental and financially stable man that is ready and willing to share his life with another...
Is that too much to ask for.... (rhetorical)!
PAUSE ... i will NEVER ask for more than i am able to give...
not that that is out of the way.. back to the topic at hand... WHERE are all the MEN!
It is society that has dwindle down the pool?
Is is environment? i.e. upbringing, surroundings, education... etc etc..
are they all taken?
are they Gay?
what is it?
It doesn't help that i recently heard that if all men were to marry there would still be 7.5 million women left on the face of the planet...
that is one explanation... but it still doesnt add up....
my people.. i need yall to sound off on this one!!!

It's been quite some time... i know i know... what to share? First thing that has come to mind is that i have lost 11 lbs! :-) still have about 10 to go and it will happen.. just happy to have lost the 11! Life in general is beautiful right now... i am employed, healthy and able... huge praise to my almighty!
So many current events I an ramble on and on about but these days.. you have to watch what you say on the internet.. Twitter, facebook, blogs... all that is and will be the demise of many people.. im reading about people being fired and dropped from major business dealings behind what they posted on twitter.. WTH... SMH at the state of today's society.. in more ways than one...have we become too informationalized and accessible??... YEAH i said.. just made up the word too LOL.. but yeah... it's problem.. i think we might need to have facebook and twitter etiquette lessons... we must keep in mind what we post is there FOREVER.. now in all honesty is our information stored for eternity? NO, nothing is really.. most important documents of all types are destroyed with 7 to 10 years of its original creation .. but still.. we NEED stay mindful... these outlets can dictate/shape our future....
Man i can go on and on.. but i want to collect my thoughts...

Gone too long
Oh my blogosphere.. i have been gone waayy too long... i did just read my last blog and it said i am so focused on that getting my self in the right shape... well i stuck/sticking too it! I am eating better (portion and consumption control) ... i am working out.. body sore as 88.9 right now.. lol blisters on both feet.. hair nappy and needs a cut.. but i dont care... i fee like i am going thru a cleansing and i love it! purifying my body, mind and spirit.. love it!... i think i have accepted this "fit" lifestyle and its def a new way of life... you can get so side tracked so quick with our everday shit; for lack of a better word. We easily lose site of what makes us happy and feel good about ourselves.. and i have to say there is nothing like breaking a nasty ol' drippy sweat and running/working out until your body is weak! love it love it love it! mmm anywho.. nuff of my ranting... i am definitely going to make a conscious effort to write more often... hey give me a break.. one thing at a time! lol

It's Been Some time
OHHH blog!! how i have neglected you so!
I felt compelled to stop by and I am going to try to keep this thing up!
I am headed to good old Montego Bay Jamaica in 4 days and i have pulled my mid back something serious!! I and I soo do not appreciate it!
This madness hurts.. but im going to still have a great time!!!!!
I will be sure to share pics and stories!
