So i had a great work out today in the gym... what did it consist of? warm up - interval running on the treadmill - 30 to 45 seconds on min to min haf off for 10 reps, stretch, high knees, butt kicks, donkey kicks, fire hydrants, 300 jump rope touches in between 3 sets of lunges and 3 sets of prisoner squats and topped off with some time in the steam room.
Now... i definitely tapped into my sports days with that work out and i loved every min of it! the kicker! doing that at LEAST three times a week to get where i wanna be aka 20 lbs down and 4 to 6 inches off the waste and thighs... hmmm will be along rode... but ill get there :-)
